ChurnNote is an AI churn recovery tool designed specifically for SaaS founders and small teams. It addresses the challenge of customer cancellations by providing insights into churn reasons, enabling effective retention strategies without the complexity of enterprise solutions.
What ChurnNote does
ChurnNote connects with Stripe or Lemon Squeezy to automatically detect cancellations and failed payments. It sends personalized exit emails to customers who cancel, encouraging them to provide honest feedback. The AI analyzes these responses to categorize churn reasons, helping founders understand customer behavior. Additionally, it facilitates targeted follow-ups based on identified churn reasons, enhancing the chances of recovering lost customers.
Who ChurnNote is for
This tool is tailored for indie SaaS founders, micro-SaaS builders, and small SaaS teams who utilize Stripe or Lemon Squeezy for payment processing. It is ideal for those looking to improve customer retention without relying on complex enterprise tools. Larger organizations with extensive customer bases or those not using the specified payment platforms may find ChurnNote less relevant to their needs.
